To deal with trauma is very delicate moment. Its like taking care of an infant and most of times we at times miss on some emotions. I would like to talk about how important its required to honor the emotions of an individual in an developing country. Most of the times the socio - psycho environment, the peer pressure, family pressure and quest for survival neglects and never takes into consideration of health and emotions. Over the years it had become kinda used to factor to over rule emotions. But things are changing so is the need for ' hey care for my emotions ', education and awareness, more than that its now that everyone is thinking how to destress himself/herself. The fact to this is they know output increases in twofold if mental health is at its best.
Nothing has changed apart from the fact that health awareness is increasing and most are getting aware from within.
